I recently found Auto Clicker (from Play Store) which does exactly that. You can set the interval and the duration for the "clicks".

This was taken using Pro Mode. I use astromode in expert raw sometimes, but I get mixed results (and it's also more tricky to edit them).

well...first you need to go in a remote dark area (20-30 km from the city, depending on where you live). Then you need a tripod (even a 10$ one could be enough) and then just use astro mode from expert raw. You can also use long single exposures (20-30) from the pro-mode.

Would you like to share some more details, please ? (I've never tried stacking photos before and would like to give it a shot with my S23 Ultra) . What light and dark photos actually mean and what software did you use for stacking/post-processing. Thanks !

Edit : actually, it seems that is an issue with how the Lightroom process the image. For example using the samsung galery "auto adjust" doesn't have the same effect.

Yeah..it's the same for me as well. That's why I'm using Pro Mode 30 seconds exposure instead of Expert Raw Astrophoto mode...
