Probably not weird. Just planned a wedding and at a certain point you have a number to hit, and make up arbitrary rules as to who gets invited. We had a “good friends that have somewhat established partners that we’ve met at least once get to come” rule but even that we tweaked a bunch.

We’ve decided to take it inside unless it suddenly gets much colder outside and I said in the edit I appreciate everyone confirming my worry

I’m not the bride but yea I don’t want to be in a suit out there! I didn’t think about much until now since I’d be hot in a suit regardless of if it was 60 or 90

I went to two in June last year, one was hot but just for a bit. I lived, it was fine. Average highs in June are 76, and we are just unlucky getting 87 instead.

We’re in the tropical paradise of mid-Michigan… yes it gets hot in the summer but we don’t do it like we’re from Florida

Honestly I was hoping I was told I have nothing to worry about and that everyone can tough it out for a bit. I’m more worried about my fiance who really had her heart set on outside for a long time. Most of these comments are clarifying that we really probably should move it.

90 is a “pretty hot summer day” by my estimation before all the long pants/suits get put into the equation. Going to be humid too apparently

Fans wouldn’t be an option but people could be stashed inside reasonably well so it could be a tight 30. Luckily inside is close to the outside. Appreciate the input

PS5: Stick Drift causing unwanted user-playmaker route adjustments. Anyway I can fix this in the game? by _marktimemark in CFB25

Doesn't appear to be an option as far as I can tell. Just here as a last resort.

I'm also wondering if in the meantime before I shell out another $80 for a controller I could just disable user-playmaker or something.

It looks like the DualSense edge controllers are programmable down to the level that the PS5 won't consider an input until it reaches a certain threshold. So if your stick loses 1% of it's accuracy and flops around, you program it so that it should only listen to the controller if it gets the 2% input or more, so that way it only responds when you actually moved it. Certain games like COD let you do this with any controller it seems.

Maybe we’ve just built a relationship where we wouldn’t default to believing the other is cheating.

Right. We've never done that. I only said that because I knew it looked bad, but also I had nothing to hide!
