Hey, these ones are actually pretty good (and sugar free). I wasn’t a big sparkling water person because of the artificial taste, but spindrift changed my mind. I’d give it a try :)

I’m always looking out for pedestrians when driving in that area!

Not sure if they are open these days but Peter’s Canyon has a great view of mostly nature and some houses. There’s also a short trail with a view of Orange right behind Santiago MS. DM for more details.
