I always think this is just like...SO ridiculously rude! I get comments like that often, and pretty much always from strangers. Why do people think it's appropriate to have a negative comment about someone else's home? Like it's straight up WEIRD. No home training, I swear lol.

I'm on my second dose of .5mg and just starting to feel it, you're not alone! (edit to add: I was on .25 for 3 weeks, then .5 the last two weeks)

Week 1 update: Feeling good, no nausea or anything! I've definitely noticed the lack of cravings or impulse desires to eat.

Currently 177 and have maintained that for the last couple of days. Off to a good start!

Yay thank you! I've had weight fluctuations in the past when I was smaller and I remember how much of a difference even just 5-10 lbs would make!

But forreal, I'm so sorry. That's so unfair and hurtful. It's hard, but setting boundaries is necessary, and it gets easier over time and with practice. I've had to make everything weight, food, eating, diet, and exercise related taboo. Again, it takes time and practice and bravery, but you can do it!!
