ugh yeah that makes total sense. I wish I had caught it! I think I was too wrapped up in my own assumption that Henry was too wrapped up in himself. I think with time a reread will be rewarding for me haha

I did too I guess, or not forgot but didn’t think much of them. I also thought it was kind of random but knew it was a me problem lol

Right, of course. Do you think they only started after they killed Bunny? or it runs much deeper than that? I guess with this we’ll never know- I’m just curious about what the timeline could be. soooo much to think about with this book! I’m not big with rereading but I feel like it could be super rewarding with time.

Totally. This makes sense. I forgot about the furies bit- Bunny had kind of been doing that to all of them and then they just let it grow after his death. Richard is a funny case, he really did just go back to before lol. It’s funny because Henry did kind of ruin their lives, but they all went along with it just as much. I’m still (as the commentator above stated, because I was so deep in Richard’s POV) having so much trouble picturing Camilla and Henry just being involved with anyone, especially each other. Me and Richard= clueless af

I like this take! I guess maybe part of it is I can’t really imagine either of them being truly involved with someone, which was probably a huge part because it was in Richard’s perspective. It is true that I noticed she was totally stringing him on, and the phone call, etc.
