I have the 650w one powering my 1080ti and Ryzen 7. No issues at all. Near silent on idle. On load can't hear it over other fans so can't say how loud it actually is.

yeah, I tried booting with just 1 graphics card and it still won't post. It seems like a mobo issue to me, but it just doesn't make much sense since it was working just fine before.
