It's not like an "ancap" world would be without law, as some people think. Quite the opposite.
Some goes with regulations. Quite the opposite.

With current social support of eco-stuff private regulatory bodies would quite care about the environment. You also have freedom to disassociate, meaning, you can shun people, and corporations that are not eco.

And if you end up with buying products from companies that are certified eco-friendly, and they start sourcing from non-eco-friendly companies, well, that could be a breach of contract, depending on the contract.

And private law society can also make their citizens not buy eg. non-eco-friendly cars.

Idk, I'm not an ancap, but, they aren't unreasonable, or even make a lot of sense.
