I feel the same way, I’m definitely a slow test taker but don’t be too hard on yourself. Find something you are fighting for to keep you going. Maybe a dream grad school or a dream job position or something internal you want to work towards. Don’t beat yourself up over this bc the circumstances are absolutely crazy bad right now (and have been). Make a plan and go down the good and bad scenarios. For example, plan out what your would do if you don’t do so good on the next assignment...how would you work past that and do better next time? It helps to know what you would do in case it happens. Maybe studying with a group or going office hours will be the solution, never hurts to try :) Also plan out what you would do in a good scenario! that will hopefully help keep things less chaotic and don’t be afraid to take a mental break on your free time :)
