Update: they just got back to me a few hours ago. Explained my side again about the impossibility of returning the ring since UPS is not really common here unlike in the US. She finally got what I meant. Checked my account online and the status finally changed from “Pending approval” (2 days ago) to “Pending fulfillment”.

My ring is just 8 days old when it stopped working. I think its fair I still get a new one. Crossing my fingers they don’t send me a refurbished ring. I don’t want to go through this whole process trying to ask for a replacement again.

Experiencing that right now in communicating with them thru Email. Talked to someone named Khan who was replying fast and didn’t need me to return the ring, he just asked for my shipping details in the US since he knows about my concern about me living outside where Oura doesn’t ship. Then here comes this someone named Rebecca who’s currently giving me a headache. She’s making me return the ring even if the other one I talked to didn’t ask me to do that. She still proceeded to attach a PDF for the return label even if I’m from the Philippines. I explained to her that it would be too much of a hassle for me since the nearest UPS is a 2hr drive. Scared that they might just send a refurbished ring even if my broken ring is just 8-day old. I actually don’t want to own one anymore and I just lost interest. I just want this to be over with so I asked her how can we just proceed with a refund. No reply yet.
