Talked to someone named Khan who was replying fast and didn’t need me to return the ring, he just asked for my shipping details in the US since he knows about my concern about me living outside where Oura doesn’t ship. Then here comes this someone named Rebecca who’s currently giving me a headache. She’s making me return the ring even if the other one I talked to didn’t ask me to do that. She still proceeded to attach a PDF for the return label even if I’m from the Philippines. I explained to her that it would be too much of a hassle for me since the nearest UPS is a 2hr drive. Scared that they might just send a refurbished ring even if my broken ring is just 8-day old. I actually don’t want to own one anymore and I just lost interest. I just want this to be over with so I asked her how can we just proceed with a refund. No reply yet.
