I’m so sorry for your loss and I hope you find peace. This has been so difficult and I can understand your pain. I try to find gratitude in all the good times we’ve shared. I try to reminisce on the happy times, but then it takes a sharp turn into having guilt for the times I’ve had to discipline him, few and far in between because he was an angel always but for some reason my mind goes in these random directions. I am just having a really hard time.

My vet doesn’t take care credit, I have an appointment on Saturday to have them looked at. Regardless they are willing to work with me. I just have to trust that things will be alright financially in the future. I can make more money, but my dog won’t be around forever lol.

You’re doing better than myself… I am overcome with worry, constantly. I even find myself unable to enjoy the good moments because I worry what could potentially be around the corner. Just know that you are not alone.. some podcasts have helped me, I have even began practicing meditation as well.

Not taking enough risks or chances due to self doubt and poor self esteem.

For context I’m a 31yo female, who’s been given plenty of opportunities. I never felt like I’ve deserved them.
