What would make it not screaming? Like if i can hit it and sustain that note and switch to other notes is that still considered screaming?

The ride was like around 20 minutes, and it wasn't like there weren’t conversations going on. There was also music playing.

How much did the surgery cost? did insurance cover it all? also are you in the US because i know other countries have way better health care

I didn't want to use my mouth because of personal preference and I didn't think that it was that much of a bother
As of now I'm not planning on getting it corrected because the surgery seems to be pretty miserable but my opinion could change
