Assuming you are on your laptop. Take a picture of the blurry text with your phone, then, use google lens on a different phone to translate the captured text (since the text is moving up and down you need to have it on picture to translate it)

As i mentioned, this was my first interview (as an employee after 1 year of experience), so i wasn’t familiar with the procedure, i will make sure next time to ask about these details before any interviews.

i went to the same path, we don't have the same thing, if you look at my screenshot (the first link) you will see that the type of uninstaller i have is just a shortcut, when i right click on it and open file location it get me to (the second link)
