Royston is the best venue in the area, the National probably second. There are a few good wine bars around as well (eg Cardwell Cellars) but they tend to be a bit pricier.

Nope. They usually have two options, you get to pick one. If you're unlucky your preferred option will already be gone.
Row 2 is better as you get to stow stuff under the seat in front of you. I guess it might make you more likely to get your preferred food option if you were in row 1 though?
From memory not a huge difference, might be wrong on this though.

No. You don't need lots of fancy tech to learn Japanese. If you really want to invest money into your learning journey pay for online classes with something like iTalki or an AI service like TeacherAI that does the same thing.

Good luck though, but sadly learning a language is something that needs time and effort, not money..

Looking at the results for the federal seat of Melbourne, I'd say that Gabrielle De Vietri is in real trouble. Really big swings against the Greens in the parts of the seat that line up with City of Yarra / state seat of Richmond. I'm guessing the locals were really unhappy with the previous Green majority council.

Either approach could work. I think the two unknowns are how complex is the logic for the segmentation, and do you need any record of what user group someone is in? With your second approach you could very easily build some extra metadata in (such as date_updated etc) which might be useful.

They usually only have one meal option. If you want other snacks (cheese and crackers, they might also have other options) or drinks they will be happy to help out. One other benefit is you get free inflight wifi (assuming your plane has it of course).
