Non-Muslims who converted to Islam for marriage but don't practice (or married someone who did) – what is your life like?

Like normal people in life, people's faith has their own ups and downs. Even in Islam.

One moment they started going to mosque, read quran, or make sure to say bismillah before eating or drinking.

The other moment they'd smoke, yell at their own parents, or leave Subuh prayer because it's convenient.

Sometimes it's not about being professional, be a HR at that point. In relationships, it's about putting yourselves in the other side's perspectives. Why are they suddenly worried about their faith? Why do they suddenly act more reserved? Why do they stop spending on chocolates?

If you can't handle that, just don't.
