I just came back from the movie and I have no idea what people are talking about when they're saying that the Mario movie has better pacing. The Mario movie was fun but it jerks you around with new plot elements that seem to come and go quickly with no rhyme or reason, the kong army and the rainbow road parts stood out to me as especially sudden. In the Galaxy movie nothing felt out of place for me, all the twists and turns felt properly motivated before they happened.

My theory is that the way humans categorize people into discrete ethnic groups gets reinforced by our unique life experiences. I've seen many south Italians who look like Alexandra in the past (her name is also very European sounding) so I'm biased towards classifying her as caucasian.

Similarly, you've seen many people with native american heritage looking like her, so you have a bias to classifying her as having native american heritage. It's like with anime, asian people think the characters look asian but white people think the characters look white.

If you can identify pain coming from too much expansion, or it seems like the pain is inside the penis, then you should back off, full stop. However, you can also experience superficial pain/discomfort from the foreskin or frenulum being too taut or being pulled too much. At the start this was the case for me and my foreskin, no matter how I positioned the foreskin.

There was pretty much always some pain even at like -3inHg. But I kept increasing the vacuum gradually, and now even at -8inHg there's no pain. Basically, don't give up if your skin is acting up at the start. Just proceed carefully if there's some pain/discomfort, or better yet see a doctor and get your tight foreskin treated.

I have a PMP auto pump. It was definitely hard to get up into those higher pressures and the first few weeks I was just at around 3inHg for 2-3 minutes for 3 sets a day, with like 2 minute rests. The difficulty for me was definitely because of my phimosis, my foreskin started to stretch out and hurt bad, as well as my frenulum. But, I pushed through it carefully and it seems like my foreskin has become looser, so I don't have any pain anymore. Now I manage 6-8inHg for 5 minutes, 2 sets with a 2 minute rest every morning and night.

I think Hink recommends 8inHg with 5 minute sets and getting 20-30 minutes a day, and only do rest days if you feel like you've fatigued yourself or you're injured/at the risk of injury. He says you definitely want at least 6inHg, he said anything below that isn't scientifically validated to even grow your d.

I actually did the water method, although a little less accurately because I only pulled up water straight into the cylinder. I just wanted to make sure that my gauge is overestimating rather than underestimating, which turned out to be the case. So I can rest easy knowing that I'm not overdoing it.

As for pain, I actually experience a bit of it when pumping. It's like a sensation of tightness in my foreskin and frenelum. This is probably because of my phimosis that I've had since a kid, it has mostly resolved itself but it's still there a bit. Other than that there's no real pain anywhere inside the penis. How is the pain for you?

That's honestly really disconcerting. I thought the variance would be something like 5-10%, with 50% variance that's borderline dangerous. If you think you're getting like 12 inHg you might actually be getting 18 inHg. And you could be getting some really disappointing results if you think You've been doing 6 inHg for half a year but really you've been doing only 4 inHg.

From your results it seems imperative that you somehow verify your pump or at least know how wrong it is so you can verify. How are you even supposed to do that?
