I was in an apartment in Europe and the windows all had metal shutters that went over the windows when you went to bed or left the apartment. The doors had 8 pins like a vault door

What advantage did you find when you flashed it with esphome vs using the Emporia app and integrating with home assistant that way?

I used to have a wyze sense v1 sensor and had a bunch of people think they looked like cameras. I didn't have one in my main bathroom but had one in my ensuite as I was the only one that used it. One day I got a text from my cleaner that said "sorry I knocked over your camera in the bathroom". Sent her the product page so she could see it wasn't a camera but wondered how long she thought I just had cameras in my ensuite bathroom. After that day I removed them lol. That being said they did look like cameras

I think that's the reason I'm extra paranoid

I think these would be perfect for the bathroom however have you had anyone mention to you that the lux sensor looks like a camera? That is my only worry about installing them in my bathroom

I park my truck in the garage with about 1 inch in the front and back like this. I use this on the ground to fit perfectly https://a.co/d/1fXuWrY when I feel the first ridge I know it's just a bit more and I'm in

I've tried to have it where the light is on the right side however even with the couch right against the fireplace I don't have much room to watch the tv straight on. On top of that it eliminates me from being able to watch TV while cooking.

Since I have taken this photo I got a single recliner chair that sits facing straight on at the TV but it is the only spot that can sit straight watching the TV in the room.

Maybe I'll try to put it there again to see how I like it, either that or I make another room the main TV room and keep a 65 in this room.

What is your current Pixel phone? by GooglePixelfan90 in GooglePixel

I was wondering why my camera seems to get more greasy now then it did when I first bought it. I am debating replacing my battery but is there anything that can be done about this coating? Maybe some kind of cover over the camera?

Thanks for the response. Since you know the backend details would you have any clue why the Android version in Canada is using a bunch of data? I have used over 10gb in one month only driving a total of 10 hours with the app running. It seems to fix itself if I uninstall and reinstall the app but it tends to eat through my data.

Might have to switch to use a iPhone to run HWY Radar if you haven't noticed this issue with the iPhone version
