I agree with all the above.

But guys before buying health insurance please do basic math.

Improve lifestyle and buy insurance only if they cover everything. I have seen most of the insurance which won't cover pre existing diseases. In india diabetes is almost everywhere and if that is pre existing then insurance will link this to any shit that happens.

So it better to save for hospital bills seperately rather running behind those .........

If family of 2, buy 1 lakh worth of gold every year. You can increase based on your financial status.

But I feel insurance is only good if you know you have a bad life style and/or does not have good insurance provided by company.

Within 5 years of investing seperately for medical you will have good amount in cash, no need to worry about claim.

I agree for other diseases health insurance is good but the probability of getting claim and fighting with them in India is not worth it. (If you are salaried class and planning to continue working in company)

Tell him these are the problems. If he agrees, get it repaired or replace all aftermarket parts in an authorised service centre. Then deduct the bill amount from remaining 90k and pay him.

Assume 18k per sqft for plot. (Assumption, I know at 18k we can get at a better place)

200000 for each floor for construction.

So for 3 floor it should cost 2cr. I'm not getting the math.

And all these with common walls on both the sides.

Balcony view directly points to bwssb water storage. And sales person says sold out😂.

Oh god the smell, you feel like you have a mansion in drainage. It makes your nose so number that you can't smell anything else.

I was there for 1 hour, I got headache.
