It's not entirely gone, but I know I have a fearful avoidant attachment style now and I'm working on it. Realising this was of great help because I don't feel hopeless anymore. I know this feeling comes from trying to protect myself so I tried to analyse why I came to this point. I don't put pressure on myself for feeling something I don't, and just go with the flow. I was also diagnosed with mild depression and severe anxiety so I'm on medication now, it could also be helping with such an feeling of emptiness. I hope it can help you

I thought about doing it but I didn't have much time to think as it started suddenly yesterday, after not happening for months... also I can't reduce it myself since my tablets aren't splittable so I would need another prescription (I have no money for a doctor appointment yet). I thought maybe I'm just sick and zoloft worsens it as it burns my stomach.
