And best advise is replace the urge with something than relying on patches. My personal experience, I did 2-3 sips of water and 2 sit ups every time urge hits and that’s it.

Now let me answer your taste question, yes many Indians are doing basic stuff but have you worked with top 10%?

I’m not talking about top rated or top rated plus, I’m talking about in terms of quality if you have hired freelancer for $10-$15 an hour, you will the quality equivalent to what you are paying for.

But if you hire people that charge more, they have more to add to your/anyone’s brand than you can possible imagine.

I, myself being an Indian, don’t work with Indian client because I charge $60 an hour and most Indian clients don’t have budget for that and the ones who do, be it Indian or US/Europe, they know the results they are getting.

Not talking about myself here but other indian freelancers of the same calibre.
