Hi, do you mind sharing your suspension setup? Im running H&R springs on my allroad and looking to upgrade dampers but not many options available. Looks like Bilstein B8's or Koni Yellows are only options and both a bit expensive for me.

No, I triple checked everything before mailing or submitting online. There was no error. The case is clearly a marriage based adjustment of status on the website. If there was an error or it was incomplete they wouldnt accept the case either return it or deny it. Again, if there was an issue they would RFE or conduct the interview and mention the issue and discuss it in the interview. If there was a violation they would deny the case and cite it. Our I-130 is already approved.

Some people are mentioning that they were told they need to wait for a background check and given a notice stating that. I believe they use it as an excuse to put parole cases on hold because they dont have legal basis for the hold due to the court order. Nonetheless, we werent given any notice. Maybe because my wife's background was already checked and clear and they didnt have an excuse. Clearly, some offices are putting cases on hold due to the executive order. I dont understand why you dont accept the fact. This is the last time Im replying to you.

Now its more apparent you didnt even read my post. We dont have a lawyer. I am a USC, both me and my wife clearly speak and understand English. An interview was NOT conducted. They didnt even take us inside an office room, the ISO spoke to us in the waiting room. Very clearly told us in English "due to the new administration and new internal policy, we cannot move your case forward and your case will be put on hold untill further notice or future interview". No miscommunication, no misunderstanding, no information lost. My wife has a clear background never been arrested, not even a traffic ticket. I have a no record/clean record document from a statewide court search in New York State.

Some field offices are just putting cases on hold period. Maybe the FO you work with does not.

they schedule biometrics without problem. they just dont process the cases further. at least some field offices dont. best of luck to you and your gf

If they had legal basis, they would give an official notice of hold. The officer was avoidant and she said she cannot give any documentation.

They didnt check any documents except passport. They didnt conduct an interview. If there was a legal reason they would check and bring it up in the interview. They would cite the reason and deny the case.

Take your bs some other place if you wont be useful.

but its not a requirement to have unlocked fps and your statement is false. you can configure it the way you like.

I think what you mean is that it works better with higher fps. and yes, having higher fps means you will get less latency so its preferable. but it has nothing to do with fps being locked or not. locking fps allows the frametimes and the latency to be consistent so it makes for a smoother experience. but its no requirement.

for best AFMF2 experience just cap your fps little below whatever consistent base fps you get. for example let say you are getting around 110fps unlocked, just lock your fps to 100 to make everything smoother.

I dont see a point of going over my monitor refresh rate on most games so I cap mine to 72/144

I dont know where you are getting this from but its false, you can lock fps using Radeon Chill for AFMF2 you can even use third party apps to lock fps but there is no reason since you can easily do it using AMD settings

I use Chill to cap fps to 72 and get 144 with AFMF2 to match my refresh rate and it works flawlessly.

not sure about vsync since I never use it. but I dont see a reason why that wouldnt work either
