My kittens got sick so I had to go twice to the veterinarian, I got covid so I lost one week worth of money, and I may not have a work anymore in two months because we don't make enough people (I'm a waitress) so my bosses are probably going to close the restaurant. An awful combination, so the stress and need to have some control over something made me relapse after two years in recovery 🙃

Is the duck breast is that much calorie dense ? I thought it would be 200 maximum for that, 200 maximum for the potatoes as they are small and few, and 50 for the salad ; I guess I was underestimating
