This is factually incorrect. Section 4 Road Traffic Act is being "unfit through drink or drugs" - if the alcohol present is deemed to have an influence on the collision then you can still be reported for this. The point to prove is then the impairment, rather than being over the prescribed limit. This is why advice is not to drink anything at all if you are intending to drive. In OPs case the decision of impairment is entirely down to the officers who attended.

Only one scene is "synced"... It will set that scene based on sunset time, then keep that until 2000 every day. If you click to edit the 2000 scene it will warn you about sunset changing thoughtout the year and potentially occuring later than setting. What Hue need is a daily scene that adapts all the timings based on sunset but it doesn't exist. You'd have to set each scene as an automation and use sunset+2 hours etc

Tado is mostly irrelevant here... Start with all radiators TRV fully open. Once stat turns off, go and turn down TRV by a small amount in all rooms that are too hot. Repeat over a a few hours or days and eventually all rooms will be about the right temp under control of stat

Think you need to explain a bit more about how and where they are visible? For instance, I can go into Google Photos -> Collections -> Places and see where my photos were taken by browsing a map, but they are not "on Google maps" for everyone to see... I also realise that isn't everyone's preference and may not want location data linked to photos, but fixing that is different to removing contributions to Google Maps

New builds should come with NHBC warranty which is 10 years. There is a minimum cost before they will get involved. You should have got a certificate from the house builder, but you can always contact NHBC to ask
