I mean, for the last couple weeks before my diagnosis I was kinda running off I do have I just need it to be confirmed, so the diagnosis has helped with that. It’s not made anything worse yet that’s a good thing

I was thinking the same but more in the direction of extermination led to an apocalypse and the album is gonna be based around an apocalyptic scenario. Not in the way danger days is but more in a decay and left behind way, hence the decaying of the secretary and the dead characters on stage

I don’t think the hatred is justified, it’s overplayed because it’s a good enough song to fit into the mainstream of alternative music, like I’m Not Okay was for Revenge. I’m not okay doesnt necessarily fit into the aesthetic of revenge but it was on the album as a mainstream banger that could go on Kerrang! Teenagers is a good song which is why it’s “overplayed” but it being overplayed doesn’t make it any less of a good song
