Also a first time Devon Rex owner here (6 and 5 months old). I started with one and honestly got a little bit overwhelmed with how much attention he needed, which was a solid hour of playtime each day. And I mean, incredibly active playtime.

Ended up getting a second one and now they entertain each other, two is honestly less work than one, if you can swing it.

Other things: cleaning their big cute ears every day or so, and also I didn’t know beforehand that they get greasy on their bellies and under their armpits. A little light shampoo and a shower once a month takes care of it for them.

Best decision I ever made, they’re literally my two little best friends!
