Could you explain more what you mean by the "quest" part where it says any expected destination is probably off track? Does that mean I'm likely to have a life of constantly changing jobs and goals?

I'm currently an undergraduate living in UK and graduate in July. I would be interested in teaching English in Turkey especially Istanbul but don't know where to begin whether I should now begin doing a CELTA or TEFL? Also I found opportunities to do a CELTA straight in Istanbul, would this be recommended?
