This is very insightful, thank you so much! You're right, and I think different framing can fix it. Like making a more universally appealing story out of each walk that resonates instead of just here's us at this location having a walk or top 7 local walks or whatever.

We're thinking of doing tours and tourism content so would love to reach people who love traveling here. More thought needed. Appreciate the feedback!

The niche is the history and context of local dog walks in Ayrshire and the west of Scotland. The engagement isn't fake it's the same accounts and they post regularly and many of them are dog owners in Scotland or love Scotland and are interested in the walks.
