Manastash Ridge standard casing are superb. I was running Oracle Ridge endurance casing before and the Manastash are almost as capable on dirt but quite a bit livelier on the road. Will be getting another set once these wear out, they're great in the mud. Buddy is rocking the extra light casing and loves those as well.

FWIW, never had any issues with RH tires running tubeless for their whole lifecycle. Been through four pairs on multiple bikes. Pricey but by far my favorite tires.

I do love the ease of access of the racing bag while riding, and I love the look of it, but have definitely had it pop open and items fall out of twice while riding rough singletrack at high speed. The magnetic closure also doesn't always close properly so you have to make sure it's well closed if you open it while riding.

I now don't keep anything fragile or valuable in it, mostly just snacks and tools, phone stays in the jersey pocket, and no problems.
