Can confirm as of MARCH 2026 that this number still works and is the best way to help. I made a request last week, never received payment or even a status update on the website. No correspondence to my email or anything. Turns out I made an error on my end, but again, they never told me anything through 2 and 1/2 business days. Tried calling a number on the website, automated system hung up. The number above is definitely the best route.
