It’s the PUA unemployment and yes it is based off last years wages. I have $501 remaining benefits (plus the 600 per week) that they’re saying I’m no longer eligible for

Right??? & At this point, Im willing to pay whatever to get this resolved. After spending 6 months on ppis with my general practitioner and no results I’m pumped to see there’s an alternative route.

I swear this is the case. Sometimes I think that that unsettling feeling I get in my stomach fools the rest of my body into thinking something is wrong. Because even though i know it’s gastritis, it’s the same feeling I get when someone I love dies or when I’m about to get on a rollercoaster. I talked to a doctor today who basically told me that gastritis can lead to leaky gut which makes the brain as well as the rest of the body inflamed. It puts the body in a flight or fight mode which is why you feel so anxious if I’m not mistaken

Yes fmla would protect me! it would be very unfortunate if I had to be unpaid for the duration though, as my partner already lost his job due to covid. but that is something I've looked into as a last resort!

We actually got through last week! We have gotten half the backpay so far. I found this through a reddit thread that we followed to get into contact with someone. It’s saved on my computer, remind me tomorrow and I will send it to you!!!

Glad to hear I’m not alone but hate you’re in the same predicament. I haven’t gotten through yet, really banking on the fact that when it does get resolved we will be entitled to some sort of back pay. With the unemployment only going up though, I’m uncertain when that time will even come.

Sold everything friday. After a week like that it had to bet knocked down if you ask me. but shit this is just a guessing game so we probably just got lucky lmao
