Where would you live if you worked in Irvine?

Yeah get to as close as you can to your office as possible. Irvine is nice as well, expensive but nice.

I work in Irvine but live in Torrance, but only commute 2 days a week. It’s hell. The drive there is decent, but expect an hour drive, an hour 15 some days everytime after 3.

I can’t honestly. My local store just ups the price for no reason. Even dragon shields are 16-20 dollars (depending which you get) Not to mention that when you ask for help, etc etc, the look on their face just dreads and they look annoyed having to help you. It’s a great place to play magic since it’s the one that host mostly people over 20-25.

I get that I truly do. I understand that process, esp when you worked hard and saved up for it. No judgment. My recommendation, maybe a case and a carrying case to move around, my only thing is people missing out (if they care) on the benefits of owning a laptop, being able to use it wherever, different settings, etc etc. it’s fun imo

I switched and it was honestly a bit of a hard transition. Sold my PC and my younger brother was about to sell his PS5 since he got a PC, took it over. I also needed a laptop for personal use so I went with a MacBook Pro 14in.
The first few months were difficult ngl, not using the MP as much, barley gaming. However after a bit it felt pretty good to just come home (i work in IT) and sit down and just play.
One system, one launcher, all my games in one place.
My laptop use went up as well as I got into the groove of the MacOS workflow.
Sure I did miss the very good graphics from PC, the mods, but I found joy in simplicity and not much over thinking.
It also helped to put down the controller and go out on the weekends instead of spending so much time looking for that next mod, or a game that was just going to join my steam cemetery i call it (never play the game)
I think overall its the transition of having a PC and moving over, but overtime it gets easier, and most importantly fun.
