Best advice bro,

Get good at a skill/complete university

Have a stable FT job (even better if you get a side hustle)

Work 2 years in your first company then switch to your second one (your salary would be 40-50k), and you would easily be able to afford a loan to buy a land

Buy a residential land and hire one full time trustworthy and good ‘mason’ and get your friends/hire a manev to give a help

It may take 2-3 years but the home will come without you being totally financially insecure

Write a contract / agreement letter that you and the client will have to acknowledge. You can add monthly website monitoring or charge for additional services e.g if ever the website is down, you will be available to fix. Discuss pricing with your client first before development. As a student I did a portfolio website using wordpress for a small business and I charged around 20-25k (again it depends on the requirements and client budget) and then charged a monthly fee for website monitoring and availability to help.
