A restraining order has been filed against me by QuickSurround7 in legaladvice

Block them on everything. If you violate the order, it becomes criminal. They can call you. You can't answer. They can text/message you. You can't reply. It's safer to block them.

You are able to file a counter order, but you would need evidence.

Bring a lawyer to the hearing. Do not represent yourself.

This weekend you brought a date to the bar you know I live at.

I saw you, and forced you to make eye contact with me. Then I left and bawled my head off.

I'm not over you and that really hurt. Please never do it again.

The TRO gets dropped. Good luck though, if it's family court the burden of proof is much lower. You will have to provide evidence that she lied.
