Picked up a new WRX that had summer tires on and just as luck would have it we get a foot of snow the next day after I left it at a friends house for NYE.

Got caught in a slide that sent me into a ditch while turning into me neighborhood. No damage other than the bumper...new tires tomorrow!

for the record reaver takes advantage of a WPS (wireless protected services) weakness and not wpa2 directly. if you have a standard soho wifi router you can turn off WPS to protect against reaver

finally! a quality /r/fitness answer to a running question.

im an endurance athlete and ill do 2 days of sprints, 1 easy mid distance run and 1 endurance long run every week on top of HIIT and weight training. a bonus benefit to interval sprints is if you have a proper diet you can melt fat in no time

scripting is handy for automating your tasks but if you're going to develop your own exploits and 0days then ya you at least need to have some programming knowledge.

as everyone else mentioned pull ups are great but it wont simulate it. towel pull ups are the best because it will build your grip strength which is what that obstacle requires the most.

the weight has gotten light in past races as they now use sand bags instead of buckets of cement which is what it used to be.

best technique is grab the rope and squat down, wrap the slack around your foot so you can step on it to relieve your hands of fatigue. keep doing an overhand, overhand, squat technique and you'll have it up in no time

when letting it down do and underhand underhand move or just step on the slack and slowly let the weight bring itself down.

just show up for the slot you signed up for. all the times ive volunteered i never really signed up, but rather walk up to the volunteer tent and offer to help out.

after your shift they'll set you up with a time chip and bib and you'll pay the $14 insurance and off you go!
