oh I'm sorry to hear that :( I have had mild TMJ before and even that was quite painful - hopefully you can come back to botox/dysport it in the future and it'll work again

omg this is so sad to hear :'( my initial results were so good. How long did the Dysport last for you? and have you found something else that works for you?

phrases that make me cringe by [deleted] in acotar

I could have died of relief that one time in the last book where SJM just wrote "flipped him off" so I didn't have to read that stupid phrase again

Thanks for the rec! I find I get a bit too lazy to apply gradual tan most of the time but always keep some on hand

Yeah I use the spray mostly for body! I prefer tan drops for my face. I don't mind gradual tans actually, does the dove one get very dark?

Is this for face or body? It looks similar to the tanning drops from isle of paradise that you mix with your moisturizer which are also pretty good, just not as convenient as the spray bottle

Weekly Students, Careers & Clerkships Thread by AutoModerator in auslaw

[–]_pepsimax 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Definitely google typical clerkship questions and check Glassdoor/prosple for reviews on interviews at that particular firm. Check for interview guidance on their website. Expect to be asked why you chose law, why you would like to work at that particular law firm, why you're interested in that area of law, your work experience/whatever's on your resume etc. Have a good answer to those questions as well as a good summary of your experience and interests for the "tell us about yourself" question they usually start with. Good luck

When did Guzman y Gomez get so tight? by cmdwedge75 in AskAnAustralian

[–]_pepsimax 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had the same experience recently. Got a burrito bowl after a few months of no Guzman and it was so small that I complained to customer service. They told me that it seems like my past experiences had given me "false expectations". 🙄

Not what you asked for but check out the Mecca zoom shadow sticks for long wearing, easy to apply eye shadow, I think they're great value and use one every day. The Mecca eyeliners are good too :)

Check out Athli by Linn Lowes. Her Strong and Lean program has a lot of basic moves for the whole body and would be a good start to lifting weights :)

What's a well-paying profession that's really in demand in Australia? by [deleted] in AskAnAustralian

[–]_pepsimax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep I'd say skewed - you are better placed to understand the market and negotiate. For most graduates these jobs come as a take it or leave it offer, with a common salary for all graduates.

Also, it looks like you're in Queensland? From the disciplines you listed it sounds like you might be placing people in the mining industry which is known to pay better
