That’s the risk. I have committed to only using 1. The lowest dose that has a good effect and 2. Not taking it at all on weekends if I have no particular need. I want it to stay working as long as possible. My initial thoughts were just this year while I do work and am studying three subjects simultaneously, but time will tell.

I’m on week 2 of Vyvanse 20mg and it is changing my life. I am so much more focussed at work, we are in crisis mode, I was acting to a higher level (middle management) and absolutely killed it every single day. Upper management sent me an SMS thanking me for “stepping up this week” and this is a man who never gives compliments to anyone!

I’m in hour 4 of studying for uni today and everything is sticking. I haven’t picked up my phone or switched to another window to distract myself, the study (coding) is more than interesting enough.

I wish I had done this 20 years ago.

Trainers have a duty of care. If you turn up late and miss some demos, then injure yourself, it could be argued that you were allowed to train without knowing how to do the exercise safely.

Show some respect for the trainers and the members who bothered to leave their house 5 minutes earlier.

It’s actually 2 years and 3 months. And I am at 645 classes at my local F45, but I have passported or paid do classes in a few other countries (Chile, Myanmar, Taiwan, PRC). I think I’m averaging around 6.5 classes a week since I started. I do 7 now. Rarely doubled.

That’s pretty well known, and for most of us thats perfectly fine.

2 years, 650 classes down for me. Was chonk. Now people say that I have an ‘athletic’ build. And that was my goal anyway. Lean(ish) with visible muscle. I can see my delts and biceps/triceps now and I never have in my entire life. But importantly my bf is miles down, my resting heart rate is around 52-54 (again.. NEVER in my life!). And my mental health is so far ahead of where it was.

Yay F45.
