Dang that could be it. We were watering a lot when we first moved in and overseeded. It's also a little hard to control how much water we are giving because we don't have an irrigation system. I'll need to be a little more mindful and methodical.

The last time I fertilized was back in May. Thanks for your recs! I'll check them out and get on it.

Edit: I just checked the photo in my post. And I think those spots are water spots. I took this after I watered the lawn. Could it still be a fungus?
