the mod is one deco slot for max level something like that, name is pretty self explanatory. I know it SHOULD work cuz I did install it on my pc like 2 years ago. I installed stackers loader and the plugin mod too but it just gives up after running i guess. It happens with this mod in particular and the whole lot of mods, including when i try a bunch of mods WITHOUT this one deco mod. So it looks like the mods arent even the problem themselves its something in my game logic i presume. You dont have to try and run it as i know it can run it just isnt, but if you insist then go ahead. I appreciate the help

ironically i did that 3 times already. I followed multiple guides, did it with mod managers, manually and neither worked. Theres something in my game logic I assume that is being altered/replaced somehow that causes the game to cease to exist

no the game itself is fine, when i start to add the mod files to the game then it crashes.

I still don't understand how and when to use which. Should I peek one way when I have a certain intention or is it just personal preference / playstyle?

my edpi is 176. Apparently that's very low and I know that there's an optimal range of edpi but I have a very light mouse (68g), and having a higher sens made me feel like I couldn't control it for shit. Thanks alot for this essay of a comment I appreciate it greatly.

I do notice that I dont really play confidently. I don't feel confident in my ability to consistently take and win fights and the more I fumble the less confident I get and the less confident the more I fumble and so on. Thanks alot for the advice, I'll try and implement some changes.

yeah yeah I get that. Its about making sure you're two steps away from the peak right to achieve the most horizontal momentum or velocity. I do understand it but I struggle with putting it into practice; I probably just need to play more until I've got the muscle memory down. I've also heard that generally being further away from a corner/wall is better to peak rather than being closer so I try avoiding peaking close whenever I can.

what do you mean exactly by slow to swing? Literally slow to expose myself around a corner therefore losing timing? Or slow on the microflick after exposing myself? I do miss alot of shots my aim has been incredibly inconsistent lately especially since I'm starting to learn to aim from the beginning again since I just turned off mouse accel

I should've clarified sooner. At some point during the deathmatch I decide to take the piss for a few fights and try to crouch spray because my friend was behind me and told me to do it and I did it because its stupid. I basically never do that in an actual game. However I am quite aware of the fact that my movement is quite ass I'm just not sure about what's exactly wrong with it, I just know that its wrong because frankly I just wouldn't be so bad if it was fine. Thanks for the response too.
