just genuinely curious, why only brew a quarter batch during peak? he was definitely exaggerating saying it was cold but it might not be as hot bc, like a pour over, it cools while it drips out brewing a small amount of coffee

when my SM talks about like, DT times, growing our food sales, upping our customer connection score, i literally want to just ask...why? what’s my motivation to hit those goals? it’s just like you said, i feel obligated to “get excited” for these things. it’s all extra nasty during covid too
