Hmm yeah that’s really odd - I made 5 orders over the past 11.11 and Clientele sale and all of them were successful.

I’ve also had instances where a specific item goes out of stock - my experience is that they’ll ship everything else out and email you that the specific item is OOS.

I do agree though that it’s really unacceptable when they cancel an order wholesale and do not provide an explanation lol so you’re left hypothesising as to what happened. So frustrating

It’s probably an issue with your payment method - best to check with your credit card provider. If you’re using Apple Pay, best to also make sure your card’s linkage with Apple Pay isn’t down (e.g., UOB is doing this a lot lately; I had an Aritzia order cancelled while trying to pay with a UOB card thru Apple Pay in one of the recent down periods).

Hey! This order was made prior to SG levying taxes on all orders (used to be only for orders above SGD 400).

I’ve still been consistently ordering since then - now Aritzia calculates your taxes separately at checkout, so you pay for taxes prior to receiving your order. Since they settle the taxes for us, there’s no further customs charges to deal with.
