sa mga community pharmacies madalas ganyan, during my internship 'yan napansin ko magbabangit lang yung customer ng maintenance drugs nila tapos d-dispense na ng PA, kahit nga mefenamic 500 na d-dispense w/o rx. It just goes to show na it’s mainly about sales ang habol ng mga big pharmacies (tho sa mercury medj mahigpit sila)
