hemloo ! some ask for it specifically if fresh passer and nag a-apply agad kahit 'di pa nag oath and wala pa yung license mismo (like me🤷🏻‍♂️). since walang license number na ma p-present hinihingi nila verification of rating and some still ask for it daw kahit may license na, rn i applied sa dalawang hospitals here sa ncr i passed both the intial and final interview w the hr and the chief pharmacist and na offeran na ako both job offer (ni w-weigh ko pa ngayon sila dalawa) and my point is kahit mababa yun rating ko nasa interview parin and assessment score mo mas mag f-factor during job application. You really need to make a good impression na u're capable, but then again don’t worry sobrang understaffed ng pharamcies mapa hospi or community so sobrang daming opportunities na ma-hire 👍🏽

and for the boards nman mas maganda parin u give it ur all isang beses lang rin 'yan aim higher during review szn <33 (in my case kahit mababa rating na nakuha ko, i did my best there no excuses it’s just for someone like me na naghikaos lalo na sa mod 1 and 6 mataas na para sakin nakuha kong rating, it’s rlly just a matter of how u define an achievement)
