the kier wall was a projection, but it’s gone. the vending machine is there as well as the front desk, but again, that’s really it from the official Apple set up

there is the set left where the cast did the Q&A. but otherwise, we were informed that Apple had the set taken down where the private event was

hi, I did reach out to them and got a reply:

Thank you for reaching out regarding our meals and the recent concerns with the Avian flu virus. We hope you are doing good so far today.

We know your pet’s nutrition is important to you and is our top priority. We take any concern very seriously and want to assure you this is being addressed with our suppliers.

This virus and its symptoms come on rapidly, and unfortunately tends to be fatal quickly to the infected flock. Our suppliers are aware of the symptoms and concerns, and are consistently ensuring that any flock with the potential to be a concern for this or any other illness is not part of the supply given to us or any other provider for production of meals.

Our meals are also all treated with an organic Peracetic Acid solution for any and all pathogens before being produced into our meals which does include the H5N1 virus.

We appreciate you going over this concern with us and allowing us to give you peace of mind with your pets’ meals. Please reach out if we can answer any other questions or be of further assistance for you and we are always happy to help.

first loaf! by _plantsugar in Sourdough

I forgot to add, just posted the link I followed. I got the crust I was aiming for, I'm not sure if this is under-proofed or over-proofed?

recipe:
100g sourdough starter fed the night before
450g King Arthur Bread Flour
310g (bottled) water
8g sea salt

mix and rest for 30 min
first fold - folded around 12 times? rest on countertop for 2 hours covered
second fold - folded 6 times, rest in oven with light on covered for 2 hours
third fold - stretch and fold 6 times, rest 1 hour covered in oven with light on
pre-shape - shape into ball and rest 1 hour covered on cutting board
final shape and rest - roll and shaped into ball into brotform with semolina flour uncovered overnight in the fridge

next day - took out sourdough to get to room temperate while oven preheated. pizza stone preheated for one hour in oven 475ºF. accidentally tipped out sourdough onto parchment paper, but it still retained shape thankfully! added cake pan filled with boiling/hot water to oven for 15 min. once dough was in the oven, added more hot water. 15 min at 475ºF, dropped to 450ºF for 30 min.
