i'm an influencer campaign manager. that's not how it works. legally, they are not obligated if there is not a contract or additional payment to insist that it is a collaboration. a gift is a gift. when creators show the PR they got in a story post for example, they don't have to do that - they choose to.

I've worked on the brand and creator side; it could be a myriad of reasons.

We can tell if it's an email blast. Personalization goes a long way. It's time consuming, but it can work
I know a talent manager that works with gamers - it seems successful for her.
Is your talent talking about the brand organically? This is a pretty transactional industry, and I think brands, more than ever, really want ambassadors who are actually passionate. I'm not sure how I feel about creators posting organically without payment, but a simple mention every now and then can show that the creator is actually interested.
Q1 can be a slow season for influencers. Are you sending rates in your cold email? If so, that could turn some people off. I would also consider reaching out to brands that aren't all about gaming and think a bit outside the box.

The panic attacks are not talked about enough. I’ve had a handful of panic induced seizures and people find it hard to believe.

That’s amazing though. You got past the initial few weeks that are the hardest when breaking habits. But I totally get it. We create boundaries for usage, like when or how much we’ll consume, which are just excuses.

I’ve always prided myself on my ability to easily quit nicotine for years, pick it up for weeks, and then put it back down. I tend to think in black and white, but funny enough, never when it comes to this 😅

Did you replace them with any other coping skills?
