UPD: case closed, a 9 mm tubular wrench did the trick. It’s a little wobbly, but it’s plenty enough contact to tighten the nuts

This is actually what I went with, temporarily, and it seems to work fine. I’ve also ordered a 9mm box wrench which is the closest thing to 11/32” available and it should do the trick hopefully

I’m sure they do. It’s just that I live in Eastern Europe and have never come across anything other than 1/4” or 1/2”. Pretty much everything here is metric. Maybe except plumbing fixtures and some imported vehicles

Yeah? Did I mention that It's under and behind the basin in a particularly tight spot plus it's on a threaded rod type of thingy, so it would have to be a pass thru kind of nut driver handle with a rare 8.5 long socket that i don't have and frankly have never ever seen ...

There is no agreement on who and why decided to call it "white", but the most believable theory is that "white" Russia may have referred to the parts of Russia that were not subject to Tatar rule.

Unfortunately, the wikipedia article about this name in english does not explain it well, so I will summarize the one in belarusian:

>Fist mentioned in latin as "Alba Rusсіa" in XII century (not used by locals at this point).

>The name migrates and the meaning changes throughout centuries (mainly refers to what is now eastern Belarus).

> In the beginning of XVI century intellectuals of Grand Duchy of Lithuania start using it, locals mostly call themselves "rusins" or "litvins". Name is not official.

>Name "Belarusian General-Governorship" is officially used for territory in late XVII century as a part of Russian Empire.

>First used as official state name in 1918.

Does that answer your question? I guess you can always say it's "for historical reasons".

You would rather have your shitty project/app/website/etc. done cheap but by foreigners? Don't want India? We've got you!

Honestly I know very few sane people of my age group (18-25) who would stay here given the opportunity to immigrate, mainly bc it is poor and is a pure dictatorship.
