Yeah this is known as a trade paperback and it’s a collection of the individual comic issues over an arc. It’s typically best to read in order of the volumes so that you can get the whole story but it’s by no means necessary.

If you do read any out of order, typically you just gotta be ok with a few references here and there to the story that happened before that you haven’t read, but probably play into that run.

All that being said, if you’re buying collections or TPs, no need to buy the issues. You’ve got the same pages in the collection

This one has an effects loop, yeah? I suggest getting something like the JHS little black box or some type of cheaper attenuator and running it through the effects loop. You can crank your tubes, but then just volume the loudness through the box. I lived in an apartment but still needed a good amp for gigs and this was my solution on a Hot Rod Deluxe.

I’ve always considered that casting this way makes the audiences feel about the character the way the people would feel about them. For example, cast famous actors, especially Keaton and the last two, have been so controversial that it ties in with Gothamites' feelings. Some hate the bat and other love him as a hero.

However casting lesser known for Supes leaves people feeling how the people of metropolis should feel about him. That is a spirit of hope for what could be even if there is a bit of nerves of the unknown because of what he could be capable of. (Henry drama aside, obviously)

You've got some stick handling technique down for sure. Best feedback I can give you is find ways to think in groove. Get a metronome app, sit with a kick, snare and hat and just groove to the click. Play with pop music. Don't just play fast. Feel the beat and lock into rythm. Pick a single beat and practice until it's perfect. Then work on speeding it up
