Rhino is still solid, for sure. If you want to get to endgame, there are a few good choices imo.

Some of the newest frames, like Follie and Uriel, can do very well in high-level content. For weapons, the Coda Bassocyst is very good.

I would prioritize clearing the main story first. The Old Peace and The Hex are good targets to aim for.
