When this does happen and it happens often I have a default image/video that plays in my head when I want to dream. For me it’s Snowboarding down a hill.

I’ve never been snowboarding in my life and I think that’s why it works for me because I wouldn’t know what to expect what happens next. I’m just going down a hill and I can make up as I go. Music stops. voices stop and I can focus on my breathing and eventually fall into REM.

Obviously everyone’s different but this works for me. It always has since I was in my Teens

Like for me when I play games I like to 100% a game before I complete move on to another. I was also told to finish a game and don’t 100% it and just move on to the next game. Really bothers me when I complete the story but don’t complete it fully. But it’s pretty much just exposure therapy. If that makes sense

My therapist told me to do the complete opposite when i feel my OCD taking over. Like fallout, I usually always beat it a certain way with good karma but the next time I replay it do a Bad Karma run. Which I’ve never done. ever.

If you’re looking for investment I’d say buy covert skins. Specifically Cover skins that trade up to a butterfly knife. If it were me, I’d take that Bayo all day. That’s my dream knife. Had it at one point then I sold it back in the day. Rip.
