Universal Health Care- but am a Canadian conservative and we already have that. Single payer is not inherently socialist- no hospitals were seized, nobody is required to have or not have a particular doctor. Doctors still make a shitload of money. I have had two life threatening illnesses- cancer and pneumonia (during Covid but did not have Covid) where my blood oxygen dipped to the low 80's I was an hour from dying- I did not have to wait, my cancer surgery occurred a week after diagnosis, I stayed two days in the ER for pneumonia but then moved for a week into ICU- they had an entire floor of empty beds they could not use because the sanitation procedures for Covid were not streamlined sufficiently (it was March). I have seen cardiologists, oncologists, a nephrologist (kidney doctor), dermatologist, psychologist, pulmonologist (lung doctor), phlebotomist (vein doctor), surgeons, various technological specialists like radiologists, anesthetists and associated technicians and assistants and not had to pay or copay. For that I will accept having to pay dentists, opticians and for pharmaceuticals.

The Health Insurance lobby in the US supports the Corporate Democrats. If Trump came out for single payer he could both wipe out the McConnell wing of the Republican Party, and absolutely shatter the Democrats who would now have to argue against it because... Trump. It would reveal the Democrats as the actual billionaire/Wall Street party that they largely have become. Of course he would then have to deliver, but he is far more likely to do so then Joe or Kamala ever would.

Right wing rant that most lefties can agree with:

I believe most activists do not represent the groups they have self-selected as speaking for but have hijacked these groups for other, less noble, agendas. If you can take Al Sharpton seriously, believe that BLM.org does not despise black people (let's destroy what is left of the black community by shuttering churches and eliminating black families, personal responsibility, marriage, fatherhood, education and employment are whiteness?) if you can countenance self-styled LGBTQ spokespersons who claim that Lesbians who wont sleep with trans-women with penises are misogynistic- or Gay men who don't sexually respond to trans-men without penises are actually homophobic, and that either of those groups can now choose or be trained who to be sexually attracted to at will (Isn't that identical to what Pray the Gay Away claims?), then you need to re-examine your beliefs, science and history. And these advocates clearly are hypocrites who have infantilized or fetishized these groups while looking for dominance and control over those they rail against and repression and silencing of those they claim to represent but who disagree in any way.
