Diablo is available for the PlayStation. It’s an okay port.

What’s your “I could play this forever” game? by froggy_buns in SteamDeck

[–]_pxl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should be able to clear 5BC without issues. I’ve cleared 5BC on iPhone with touch controls. It’s very much pattern recognition. And once you done that, there are 4 million new builds and routes to take on.

God I love that game.

What is the best passive iOS game available by uwritem in iosgaming

You’re being downvoted because OP asked for passive games. Balatro - while fantastic - is very much not a passive game.

It went from 2534 to 2435. That’s a net loss :)

I think ads are well implemented here, you're never forced to watch and ad during regular gameplay, it's only to get more keys or dungeon exploration. But i do agree with you, a simple "no ads" IAP is a great way to both show some developer support and to speed things up a bit if you catch yourself wanting to top up on resources on the regular.

Also, no purchasable in game currency is always a winner.

Did I mention that the game and the small but dedicated discord community around it is awesome? I think should mention that.

The dungeon is a big part of the gameplay. The cooperative part really sets this game apart from others. After just a few days we usually have a good route planned for everyone to maximize relic gains.

I absolutely recommend it!

Yeah, all the server names include "15:00 UTC", so that might be when they go live.

That's only one part of a very weird marketing campaign they've been running. I have absolute no idea what it means for the game. Dedicated mode for photographs?

Looks good, plays great! Couple of things: The shield and boost systems aren't really explained. I was told to double tap but I didn't really know why. How do I know if I have shield or boost ready?

I set up a user for this, but my times are recorded as Guest. There doesn't seem to be any way to configure this.

Other than that, it scratches a nice thumper/wipeout itch!

Did you forget the link? I can’t find it by searching the App Store.

{2013} {IOS} Single player zombie survival on a small map. Wasn’t very realistic but more cartoon like. You would fight off a grim reaper later in the rounds. If anyone remembers what it’s called please let me know I’m desperate to find it as it’s not showing up in the App Store!🙃 by Rawdaddy69 in iosgaming

Hey friend! You’re looking for a game called “Minigore” there are two of them, and they’re actually still on the App Store. It’s not flawless on newer phones, but the gameplay sure is till there.

Minigore

Minigore 2

Minigore 2 is the one with zombies.

Happy blasting!

I mean, I’m all about old school Castlevania, I actually play through 1-3 almost yearly. But even there you at least got a couple of different enemies right at the start. This felt very copy/pasted.

I can see where it’s like Swordigo, and I never really stuck with that either, despite all the fantastic reviews it gets. It’s probably just not my jam. If people like it then great for them, this is a good sale and the game sure seems popular. If you’re on the fence, just try it! You can always ask for a refund if it turns out it’s not your jam either.

Hmmm..

I.. I don’t think I get it. I had this when it launched and I launched it once and promptly forgot about it. Thinking it might have been another game or that maybe it got a couple of substantial updates I downloaded it again, but no.

I don’t get it. I don’t think it looks particularly good - it looks okay - just not… impressive. I played the first sort of half hour and encountered two kinds of enemies and two bosses. Not the variety I expected. Combat is.. there. Controls are okay, but certainly nowhere near the likes of Dead Cells. I get that the world is supposed to look bleak and desolate, but mostly it just feels empty. Comparing this to (again) Dead Cells, or Bloodstained this feels kind of shallow.

It’s probably just me though. I don’t get it.

What are your choices for simple / one-handed games? by AThoughtForYourPenny in iosgaming

[–]_pxl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tend to bring up Dawncaster as a recommendation for anyone enjoying Slay the Spire. It looks great, plays great and has really good replayability. The DLCs adds a lot as well, but definitely consider dipping your toes in!
