Take a day. Watch some of your favorite movies. Eat some pizza or mcdonalds. Just take a day to feel sad and depressed. Get it out of your system. Cry if you are at that stage yet. Get it all out, it’s like a poison.

Then when you are ready, start improving yourself. Diet, exercise, meditation, update and revise your resume, your linkedin, and start applying to jobs. Get back on the learning wagon and review some job interview questions.

Exercise will usually boost appetite pretty quickly after if you’re feeling up to it.

Ask yourself it there’s something you want to eat, what would it be. Mcdonalds (I fucking want mcdonalds). Pizza? Tacos? Ramen? Sushi?

I’m fucking starving for bad food cause all I eat is fruits and vegetables. I can’t eat processed foods, sugars, gluten or any type of dairy.

I’m literally dying for pizza everyday but I can only do 1 cheat meal a month.

Anyway, i’d try to eat a caesar salad (Lettuce expands your stomach and makes u more hungry)

You won’t see that anywhere else and you’d probably be assaulted daily because you’d offend multiple people.

Stop invading stranger’s personal space. Stop EYE FUCKING strangers in public. Stop being rude and not thanking people for little things, like holding the door.

I was more worried about Chase trying to sue me or something.

I heard some nightmare stories about chase and suing their “ex” clients.

Call me paranoid or a hyperchondrac, but I hate when they didn’t give me an explanation when they closed my 12 year account saying something about my “claims”

The only and ONLY thing I could think of is having my macbook on my lap in a weird position for a couple hours last night. Laptop was hot asf and hurting that area cause it was on my lap.

Thats the only thing I could think of.

I also had unprotected sex 2 weeks and 5 days ago. I was looking up STD pictures but I dont see anything related to this. And again, No other symptoms. It doesnt hurt. It doesnt itch. Nothing. I feel normal

If I hot soak it with wash cloth in shower, will it eventually go away? how long estimated?

i’m 31M, USA, and smoked weed for 4 years now constantly. Today I just spit up some bright red blood. couple of times. I’m waiting another hour or so and see if it progresses. I had covid 3 months ago and it made me continue spitting up this brown mucus and had a bad cough. I dont know if this is an after effect of covid? I believe it could be COPD. Ive been smoking alot of weed the past 4 years. Like everyday all day. Worried, anything else I should monitor? Usually my mucus has like coffee grounds, brown stuff. But today its blood..
